Join us at Moonraker on April 13th, 2022
350 Placer invites you to "Regenerative Agriculture" at Moonraker Brewing on Wednesday, April 13th at 6 pm. Kevin Marini, Program Manager of Placer/Nevada County UCCE Master Gardeners will provide an engaging presentation regarding regenerative agriculture's substantive ability to combat climate change.
Agriculture is currently one of the leading contributors of greenhouse gas emissions; yet, regenerative practices such as cover crops and not tilling actually can actually remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere all while improving soil and crops. The evening will help us be better versed in regenerative agriculture’s use, its potential, and obstructions it faces. Join into the interactive discussion regarding what citizens can do to promote large scale adoption of regenerative agriculture and how we can make a difference in our own yards by using cover crops, composting, and more.
